Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Custom orders and commissions may require additional processing time.

Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping for all orders. Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order.

Shipping Times: Standard shipping times vary depending on the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather delays or customs delays.

International Shipping: We ship internationally to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Damage: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Order Tracking: You can track your order using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have any questions about your order status, please contact us.

Returns Due to Incorrect Address: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your art purchase from Couleur Art and Design. If you have any concerns or issues with your artwork, please contact us promptly so we can assist you.

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, such as images, audio files, PDF patterns, and other digital documents, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided after purchase. We strongly recommend reviewing all product details before making your purchase.

​

Damaged Artwork: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide photos of the damage so we can file an insurance claim. You may choose to receive a replacement piece or a refund (excluding shipping charges).

Unhappy with Your Product or Painting: If you are not fully satisfied with your product or painting, you may request a return within 7 business days from the date of delivery. However, please note that the following conditions must be met:

  1. Pre-Approval Required: You must contact us first and provide detailed reasons for your dissatisfaction along with photographs of the product in its current condition. We will assess your request and provide approval before any return is initiated.

  2. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will be deducted from your refund to cover the costs associated with the return.

  3. Return Shipping: The product/painting must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging. All return shipping fees, including insurance for the full value of the item, are the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  4. Inspection Upon Return: Once the product/painting is returned to us, it will be thoroughly inspected. If the product is found to be in perfect condition, we will issue a refund (excluding original shipping charges, the restocking fee, and any return shipping costs). If the product is damaged in any way, no refund will be provided, and the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs if they wish to have the item returned to them.

  5. Exchange Option: Alternatively, you may opt to exchange the item for another piece of equal or lesser value. If you choose this option, the restocking fee will be waived, but all other conditions, including return shipping fees, still apply.

Custom Commissions: Custom commissions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All sales of custom commissions are final. We provide multiple opportunities for you to make changes during the development of your custom piece.
